Oh, it’s been a wonderful journey. [PFLAG] has meant something for my life. [Fighting tears:] Very emotional. [Sniffs.] I loved every minute of it. I have so many little things I can remember . . . Going to one of the business association [meetings] in Seattle: there were two men and, honest to God, I never saw anybody dance like that! They were wonderful. I couldn’t believe it. There’s just many jillion little things that just . . .
It’s [been] many, many years. And so many wonderful experiences. . . . It has enriched my life. [My husband] Harry’s too. And the whole family, it’s enriched their life.
I feel good about my life. I feel good that I finally did something.
